These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Teddy & Terry online store and to all agreements between Teddy & Terry (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the customer (referred to as “you”, “your”).

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer made by us and to every distance selling agreement concluded between Teddy & Terry and the consumer.

3. Products and Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. Minor deviations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings.

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs and any additional charges are clearly displayed before you complete your order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Order Process and Contract Formation

The contract is formed when you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or stock issues.

6. Payment

Payments must be made using one of the payment methods displayed in the webshop (such as credit card, Bancontact, or other available methods).

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the address provided during checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days within Belgium.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services.

8. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of Teddy&terry until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty

Consumers are entitled to statutory warranty rights.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

normal wear and tear
incorrect use or handling
failure to follow washing and care instructions

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, transport disruptions, natural disasters or technical failures.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is the exclusive property of Teddy & Terry and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written consent.
