We carefully prepare and pack every Teddy & Terry order with love and attention.

All orders are shipped with bpost, our trusted delivery partner.

Processing time

We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Belgium: 1–3 business days

• The Netherlands: 2–4 business days

• Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on external factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us including a bpost tracking link so you can follow your parcel until delivery.

Missed or delayed deliveries

If your parcel is delayed or you were not at home during delivery, bpost will offer alternative delivery options or a pick-up point.

Teddy&terry is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we are always happy to help you track your order.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
