You have 14 days from delivery to return your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at hello@teddyterry.com with your name, order number and reason. We'll guide you from there.

Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item is faulty — in that case we'll send you a free return label.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
